How you can help support the Montana Professional Teaching Foundation

There are many ways you can help promote great teaching and learning through the Montana Professional Teaching Foundation.

  1. Make a tax-deductible contribution. Click here to download donation form or see donation button below.
  2. Planned giving: It’s easy to donate a planned gift to the MPTF permanent endowment. Montana taxpayers who make a qualifying gift to the MPTF endowment may be able to take a 40 percent credit against their Montana income tax liability. Businesses can make an outright gift (as opposed to a planned gift) and may be eligible for a 20 percent credit on their Montana taxes.
  3. The 2023 Montana Professional Teaching Foundation Golf Classic is happening on Thursday, July 27th at Fairmont Hot Springs.  This fun event raises important funds for our Montana Professional Teaching Foundation, which works to enhance the teaching profession and promote quality education in Montana. Consider joining us in July or becoming a sponsor.

For more information on planned gifts, call Cathy Novak at the MPTF office at 406-442-4250
